Cosa è Stripe Connect Custom
- Marketplaces (vendi tramite Vinacta a clienti)
- Custom integration (Vinacta è "platform", tu sei "connected account")
- Destination charge (charge va direttamente al tuo IBAN, Vinacta trattiene 1.5%)

Step 1 — Submit KYC
- Identity (5 min)
- Business (10 min, prepara visura)
- Bank account (5 min)
- UBO (5 min se sole proprietorship)
Submit → Stripe review.
- Identity verification: 1-2 giorni
- Business documents: 3-5 giorni
- AML screening: 1-2 giorni
- TOTAL: 5-10 giorni working
Status visible in /app/settings/billing/stripe-connect:
- 🟡 PENDING (under review)
- 🟢 ACTIVE (can accept payments)
- 🔴 RESTRICTED (action required, e.g. additional docs)
Step 3 — Capability granted
- card_payments: accept VISA/MC/Amex
- transfers: send payouts to your IBAN
- sepa_debit: accept SEPA bonifico
Step 4 — Destination charge
amount = €1500 application_fee = €22.50 (1.5%) stripe_fee = €43.80 (2.9% + €0.30) net_to_seller = €1500 - €22.50 - €43.80 = €1433.70
Stripe automaticamente:
1. Charge €1500 al buyer
2. Trasferisce €22.50 a Vinacta platform
3. Trasferisce €1433.70 al tuo Stripe account
4. Settla a IBAN tuo in 7-14 giorni
## Step 5 — Payouts
Default settlement: **7 giorni** (configurable a 14, 21, 28 in [Stripe Dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/connect/accounts) → settings).
Settimanale payout a IBAN.

## Refund + dispute
### Refund
- Iniziato da te o da cliente (entro 60gg)
- Stripe auto-revert charge + application fee
- Tu rimborsi merchandise (no logistic auto)
### Dispute (chargeback)
- Cliente disputaa via banca
- Stripe blocca funds temporaneamente
- Tu fornisci evidence (proof delivery + comunicazioni)
- Stripe decide: win → funds tornano; lose → cliente refunded
- Vinacta application fee **non rimborsata** (trattenuta sempre)
Tipica conversione dispute win rate: 60-70% per merchant con good evidence.
## Multi-currency (Sprint 6)
Per cantine export US/UK/Asia:

- Stripe charge in **EUR** (default IT)
- Stripe charge in **USD** (export USA, FX rate snapshot)
- Stripe charge in **GBP** (export UK, post-Brexit)
- Stripe charge in **CHF** (export Svizzera)
FX rate via ECB cron 4h. Tolerance 1% per discrepancy reconciliation.
## Reporting

- **Daily**: charges + refunds + payouts
- **Monthly**: aggregated per cantina + customer
- **Annual**: full audit trail (export CSV)
- **Compliance**: AML report (su richiesta)

✅ **Submit KYC day-1** (5-10gg delay timeline)
✅ **Setup multiple bank accounts** se multi-country
✅ **Refund policy chiaro** documentato per dispute prevention
✅ **Settlement 14gg** se cashflow OK (reduces work per refund)
❌ Non chargeback su bonifici fuori Vinacta (tracking fail)
